Conditions:

- The minimum oxygen purity is 99.95% (or 3.5)

- The lens and the nozzle are in good condition.

- Good materials (no oxidation, no paint).

- The laser mode has no distortion (the compressed air quality ensures that there are no paint substances and volatile gases).

Problem Possible reasons Solution method

Poor cutting quality on the opposite side

The nozzle hole is blocked or not round.- The optical path coaxiality is not centered. Check the status of the nozzle.Check the optical path and realign it.

The cutting width is large at the beginning.

The lead-in wire is too long or the lead-in method is incorrect.-The perforation time is too long.-There is too much heat during cutting. Check the lead-in method and the lead-in length.- Check that the perforation time does not exceed 2 seconds.-Reduce the duty cycle by 2-3% each time.

The cutting seams of the entire contour are all wide.

The air pressure is too high.- The focus is too high.- The power is too high.- There is something wrong with the material. Reduce the pressure by 0.1 bar each time.- Reduce the power- Check the focus of the lens.-Detect the material of the plate.-Check the protective lens.

It flows out from the upper surface of the material workpiece, and there are welding spots beneath the material.

The power is low.- The speed is high……The air pressure is low. Increase power.- Reduce speed- Increase the pressure.

Small burrs are angled to lower cut lines.

Speed is too high- low power- Pressure is too low reduce speed- Step by step increase the pressure 0.1-0.2 bar each time

Deep lines on cutting side.

There is slag and solder in the lower part.
