The high-end model of Hydraulic sheet metal bending machine ---- electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machine.  In the process of the development of the bending machine, with the maturity of electro-hydraulic proportional servo synchronization technology, the CNC bending machine gradually expanded its market .  This series of CNC bending machine has the advantages of fast speed, high production efficiency and high precision.  Compared with the accuracy of the workpiece processed by the ordinary bending machine, the stability of the CNC bending machine is also much higher than that of the ordinary bending machine. In recent years, it has introduced the concept of energy saving, main motor servo drive and double pump control system.  Electrical energy damage can be reduced by 50% and hydraulic oil loss by 60%.

The commonly used mainstream operating system suppliers at this stage is : Netherlands DELEM, Switzerland CYBELEC and Italy ESA three international company brand products.  In addition, the domestic system has also launched the corresponding numerical control system.

At present, the optional systems of Dutch DELEM are: DA53T, DA58T, DA66T, DA66S, DA69T, etc. DA53T is the most commonly used basic general purpose system.  It is also a system with a market share close to 50%.

The main functions of DA58T: 15 inch color high resolution display screen, industrial multi-touch screen.  2D touch graphics programming.  Support up to 4 axis control (Y1, Y2, X, R), deflection compensation control.  With mold, material library Settings options.

DA66T main functions: 17 inch color high resolution display screen, industrial multi-touch screen.  2D touch graphics programming, 3D product graphics simulation.  And it can support multi-axis control (Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2, etc.), deflection compensation control.  With mold, material library Settings options.

DA69T main functions: 17 inch color high resolution display screen, industrial multi-touch screen.  3D touch graphics programming,3D product graphics simulation.  Support Multi-axis control (Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2, etc.), deflection compensation control.  With mold, material library settings options.  Optional 3D graphics import direct generation program.

Swiss CYBELEC CNC bending machine system: CybTouch 8, CybTouch 12, CybTouch 15, VT19 and so on.

Compared with DELEM, the main feature of this series system is that the operation interface is concise and clear, and the operation is simple.  It's easy to operate.  From low-end to high-end systems, they are CybTouch 8, CybTouch 12, CybTouch 15, and VT19.  They correspond to DELEM's DA53T, DA58T, DA66T, DA66S, and DA69T.  Compared with the same series, DELEM products have the advantages of stable performance, but the CYBELEC series has the advantages of simple operation.

Italian ESA currently optional CNC bending machine system: ESA630, ESA640, ESA650, ESA860, ESA875 and so on.  Compared with the other two mainstream systems, the ESA series of CNC systems has a high cost performance.  At the same time, the ESA860 and ESA875 systems launched are the first systems in the mainstream system to use industrial computer as a system platform.

In addition to the above mainstream international brand systems, the domestic system has gradually stabilized and obtained the corresponding market in recent years.  At the same time JUGAO is also developing its own CNC bending machine system.  A new CNC press system will be launched in 2024.
