Performance characteristics

1.The machine is mainly composed of a bed part, a lower roller part, a supporting roller part, a mechanical transmission part, an electrical part, a hydraulic system, and a mold.

2. This machine is a three-roll profile bending machine produced by imported technology. The two lower rollers are of fixed structure, mechanically driven, and the upper roller is hydraulically driven. Both sides of the working roller are equipped with mechanical rollers (or hydraulic support needs to be customized).

3. The machine is equipped with an independent console, which is easy to operate. The machine bed is a steel plate welded structure and has been annealed to eliminate internal stress. The whole machine has enough strength and rigidity to meet the bending of the profile within the machine's capacity, and the angle steel can be rolled by ordering another mold and changing the mold.
