Recently, JUGAO company delivered two 6-meter-long hydraulic shearing machines and hydraulic bending machines to a factory in Amarah, Iraq. These two machines will be mainly used for steel structure production.
Amarah is Iraq's major oil-producing city and its economy is growing rapidly. JUGAO's two machines used two containers during transportation. Because the machines were too large and heavy, they had to be dismantled for transportation. After arriving at the site, JUGAO's technicians were responsible for the installation. They first installed the cylinder and BackGauge of the hydraulic shearing machine, then added 600L of No. 46 hydraulic oil, and adjusted the electrical part to ensure that the machine could start normally.
After completing the installation of the shearing machine, the technician then installed the hydraulic bending machine, including the working wall, workbench, motor part and hydraulic part of the installation machine. Finally, they installed the machine's mold and adjusted the bending angle and straightness of the bending machine.
After the installation work was completed, JUGAO's technical staff also conducted operational training for workers at the Amarah factory in Iraq. The factory's engineers expressed satisfaction with JUGAO's machine quality and service, and recorded a video to thank the JUGAO factory.
